Separate the conference venue from the hotel address
Gaylord Palms Resort & Convention Center is at 6000 W Osceola Parkway in Kissimmee. The Orange County Convention Center is a different destination in Orlando; its West Building is at 9800 International Drive. Check the actual building and entrance listed in your event materials.
Use your accommodation as the starting point when planning the salon trip. If you will go directly from the salon to an event, check that route separately. We are an independent salon, so the appointment should be arranged directly with our team.
Work backward from your first obligation
Write down the time you need to be at registration, a meeting or a presentation. Leave room for travel, parking, finding the right room and any preparation you want to do at the hotel. Then ask the salon which appointment time suits your requested service.
An arrival-day appointment may work if travel is predictable and there is enough room for delays. If you are flying in, avoid building a rigid salon appointment around an optimistic arrival estimate. Call as early as possible if plans change.
Choose a finish for several settings
