The Storey Lake Hideaway Club at 4715 Kings Castle Circle is a useful landmark, but it may not be where your rental is located. Different homes and access points mean your starting point matters. Check the route from your accommodation to our salon’s full address.
If you are using a rideshare, confirm the pickup point allowed by your accommodation and make sure the destination shows Suite 105 on Vineland Road. Keep the return journey in mind if the rest of your party will be using the car.

Start with the service itself rather than an assumed appointment length. Our current menu includes manicures, pedicures, gel options, acrylics and dip powder. Tell the team if you already have product on your nails or want a particular shape or design.

- On a shopping day: think about whether you would prefer trying on clothes and handling bags before your nails are finished.
- Between busy days: choose an open part of the itinerary instead of adding a tight deadline after the service.
If swimming is part of your day, explain that when discussing polish and aftercare. Your technician can advise on the finish you choose. Avoid assuming every manicure or pedicure has the same care instructions.
Make a shared booking specific
When several people in a rental want appointments, one person can gather the details before calling. Write down the number of guests, each service, any removal needed and the preferred date. Ask whether the salon can accommodate the requested timing together or whether separate start times would work better.
For children, the public menu has a Kids Menu for ages 10 and under. Tell the team each child’s age and the service requested so they can discuss the booking. Do not assume that an adult appointment automatically includes time for a child’s polish or design.
